2013 Classic Pinot Noir - SOLD OUT
A warm summer and "rolling the dice" by holding tight through the early rains, rewarded us with a Pinot Noir rife with aromatics of ripe raspberry, red currant and our signature terrioir "spice". The bright, red fruit on the palate is balanced by good acidity and soft tannins to delight your taste buds. BBQ anyone?
Harvest: September 5th & 15th
Clones: 30% Pommard, 30% 667, 25% 115, 15% WAD
Brix/pH: Brix range 22.6/pH 3.4
Barrel Aging: Aged in French Oak (15% new) for 11 months
Cases Produced: 300 cases
